Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: We strive to provide exceptional service and understand that plans may change. While we don't allow cancellations, we do have a rescheduling policy: You may reschedule your booking up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled service date. For example, if your booking is scheduled for June 10th, rescheduling requests must be made not later than June 6th. Each booking can be rescheduled only once, so please ensure the new date and time fit your schedule before confirming the change. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the scheduled service date will not be accepted; for instance, this applies to any requests made from June 7th to June 10th for a booking scheduled on June 10th. Whether you attend the session or not, it will proceed as scheduled. If you decide not to attend, please note that your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
